Our beers / Jarní jedenáctka (Spring Eleven)

Our 11% malt extract spring beer Jarní jedenáctka is brewed with a single mash using the traditional bottom fermentation process with barley malt. For hopping, we exclusively used American El Dorado hops. The beer’s flavour is completed by the unusual cold hopping procedure at the end of maturation, for which we also used American hops. Jarní jedenáctka is lighter in colour with a delightfully pleasant lingering bitterness. The hops give it a refreshing character with notes of tropical fruits.
