Lužická Mozaika 11° is a light unfiltered beer brewed by double mashing using the traditional bottom fermentation process in an open fermentation room. This eleven percent malt extract beer will win you over with its fresh and, at the same time, delicate fruity taste. We achieved this by adding a large portion of American Mosaic hops to the cold hopping process at the end of maturation. These hops give the beer a pleasant fruity aroma with a hint of tropical fruit. Lužická Mozaika 11° is the successor of our most popular beer, the special Lužický Mandarin 11°.
