Our beers / Zimní ležák 12°

In January 2019, the Cvikov Brewery introduced a new beer that will warm you up during the cold winter evenings! The new bottom-fermented special Zimní ležák 12° combines a winter type of beer, which evokes a warm, full-bodied feeling, with a moderate alcohol content. The lager is therefore ‘only’ brewed with twelve percent malt extract with the warm taste of Vienna malt. The bitterness of this special is just what is expected from its malt content. The combination of light Pilsner malt and Vienna malt, which has light brown to red shades, places this beer on the borderline between light and semi-dark beer, as is typical for a Viennese lager.
